After Sales Service, Repair and Maintenance

We provide after sales service, maintenance and repair on all our products as well as other weighing equipment purchased from another manufacturer.

Service contracts

As a company we strive to build a valuable and long term working relationship with our clients. To provide the highest quality products and services to our clients, a service contract ensures that weighing equipment purchased and installed by our company or from another company performs optimally at all times.

The service contract guarantees our clients:

  • A saving on cost. Weighing equipment is a long-term investment for many companies. Regular and scheduled maintenance of weighing equipment reduces inefficiency of equipment therefore cutting on running costs as well as costs on repairs if and when there are breakdowns.
  •  Dedicated customer service
  • Timely response when the emergency service is required.
  •  Access to our team of dedicated technicians with expert knowledge and experience on break downs and inefficiencies that may occur in the course of operations.
  •  Reduced exposures to risk by preventing problems before they occur.
  •  Peace of mind knowing that in the event there is equipment failure you will not be exposed to production losses caused by downtime and unexpected repair costs.

Calibration

Due to constant repeated use weighing equipment is subject to break downs and marginal changes over time based on different reasons, depending on how the equipment is used and because of this it is important to ensure that your weighing equipment performs as originally intended and calibrated.
Most importantly we calibrate using standard test weights that are certified and approved by the Weights and Measures Department to ensure compliance with government regulations and to enhance trust and reliability.
